Video post, Audio post – where to put link to media?

Hello, please could someone let me know where to put the video link for a video post as there is little documentation. Though I have searched this forum and read that there has been a video post update, I still cannot find the box to insert the YouTube/Vimeo link.

Incidentally, I’d also like to know where to put in the link for SoundCloud for an audio post please.

n.b. I do know how to embed these within the posts, but I would like to know how to set them to appear in the ‘featured image’ area, as they are in the demo.
