Sanabel v2.65 Not Possible to Change Theme Options

I just upgraded the theme to Sanabel v2.65
In section Appereance/Theme Options, is not possible to change nor to save the changes in the theme options. Some appear to be blocked other, yes possible to change a setting but in any case, the theme options are not possible to save. Please help!
