I'm having trouble in the DayNight Options

Hello, when I tried to change my header banner HTML code through Appearance → Customize, It doesn’t work after I click Publish. Then I tried to insert the code once again, but it won’t work and the code I inserted previously has been gone. I can do nothing to be able to add the code. Then I tried through DayNight Options → Header Settings, there are no options at all. Then, I upgraded the Theme to the latest version along with its elements and the latest WP Bakery as well. But that won’t fix the problem. Seems it is a theme error. I tried to reinstall my WordPress and also won’t work. The DayNight Options looks like the following image (see attachment). So, I have no idea how to insert a banner code to my header as the header settings are broken.
