Help with projects needed

Hi friend,
I am trying to utilize the projects taxonomy in Bostan
Is it possible to help with several topics(pls follow the attached file for numbering):
1. In the portfolio-4-columns template – how to translate the “Show All” to “Всички”
2. In the same selector is it possible to show only one of the parent categories (I have two)
3. How to sort project alphabetical and not by date
4. Is it possible to change the project name in the slugs to “Лечебни заведения”
5. Is it possible to change the name of Client field (I guess it is not connected to Clients taxonomy) to use as Address – “Адрес”
6. Is it possible to add one more field below Client – Phone – “Телефон”
7. Tags: how to show only one of the parent categories and show it’s name instead of “Tags”
8. For some reason the Featured picture is not shown when you open the project, how to display it there?
