Cannot change "General Page Options"

    Hello,
    I cant change the general page options.
    For example:
    If i want to change “Custom page title background URL” it´s show the choosen picture in the preview. But if i publish the post the changes get lost and it doesnt show the choosen picture on the Live site.
    I got the latest Verison of the Theme.
    Any suggestions how to fix that?
